This reflects our mission to help providers achieve high-quality care and enhance patient outcomes through tailored services that address the unique needs of their organizations and communities. Services include assistance with compliance and regulatory requirements, quality program implementation, and leadership development. Through strategic guidance, comprehensive training and vital resources, we aim to support providers in navigating the complexities of the healthcare landscape and ensure that every community has access to high-value and equitable healthcare services.
Our Story
Our founders, Jamie Nixon - Board President and Shannon Stephens - Board President-Elect have worked together for several years and bonded over their nursing backgrounds and desire to help people and care for others. Their careers have allowed them to gain experience and knowledge not only in patient care but also the care and retention of employees as managers and stewards of resources in healthcare organization senior leadership roles. Jamie and Shannon have worked alongside and been mentored by some of the best healthcare professionals in the industry. Our board is strategically formed from some of the relationships fostered in these roles. All of us share the desire to facilitate better access to quality healthcare services for everyone.
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen." (1 Peter 4:10-11)
